Haven’t smelled the original Kayali version but reviews have stated it leans juvenile and extremely sweet, and considering candy and rock sugar are in the name, I expected it to be borderline cloying (but in a good way if that makes sense).
Smelling it in the bottle there was this faint smell of incense and it was almost too rich and mature to be the sweet playful gourmand I’d paid for, but once I applied it on my skin it was fresh and very summery. You definitely get the bubble gum and jellybean, it’s sweet but also lightly floral, making it a great daytime perfume and better suited to warmer weather.
I can see this being a signature scent.
